Client had no air movement in the basement - mold took over - client highly allergic to mold

HOA roofing contractor did not repair the damaged roof properly so water was coming in from the roof and down clients wall seeping under the floors vapor barrier!
Initial home inspector never mentioned issues, however this client had a steady leak in a corroded copper pipe dripping behind his baseboard - the pipe was exposed so not sure how the initial inspector missed this! Clean Air was called and did a further investigation and removed infection
