Besides the astronomical fee charged for the work, the job they did was below average at best. From unprofessional workers to subpar cleaning, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
So sad they replaced my flooring with an inferior floor, and had the audacity to charge my insurance company for a premium floor. The floor they reinstalled after our flood started peeling within 6 months. Never again with ProJan. To be continued. I really hope they do the right thing, but it's not looking good. Why is it so difficult for companies to do the right thing, first before customers resort to social media, the BBB and reopen an insurance claim? Why?
