Water can be deceptive. The longer it goes undetected, especially in hidden places like a building's structural cavities, the greater the chance of significant property damage. Not to mention what water does to precious photographs and important documents. The first 24-48 hours are critical to reversing damage. Whether it's water from a burst frozen pipe or flooding after heavy rain, our service team can be there within the hour. We have over 700 pieces of equipment in our warehouse and we utilize the industry's latest technologies to detect and remove water.
Last week I came home and found a water leak in my basement. There was a good amount of water in the basement that needed to be cleaned up. I called Providence Fire Restoration that night and they called me right back. They came out the next morning made a assessment to report to the insurance company and then started cleaned up the area, and drying it out. The men that came were very professional and worked efficiently in getting the carpet removed and moving the furniture, etc. The fans were left over the weekend. They were at my house first thing on Monday morning to asset the situation and see if they needed to do anything else. I would highly recommend them. I did not have to do anything they took care of it all. Thank You PFR
I would highly recommend this company, they were quick to respond to the water damage we were having and everyone is extremely professional!
