While my actual encounters with the people cleaning were pleasant, I was quoted a price for maid service and a separate price for carpet cleaning. The maid service was one hour less than they expected but they increased the cost of the carpet cleaning to compensate. Thus far my email exchange with their office has not led to any resolution. Apparently two closets were bigger than normal and a "hallway" (the carpet at the top of the stairs to the bonus room) was not included.

This alone is ridiculous but to say the difference in closet size and a 3x5 "hallway" would cost more than 2 bedrooms makes no sense. When I went back the floors were not clean, so I'm assuming the carpet cleaners tracked debris in after the maid service. Overall, for almost $600, I'm not satisfied. I'll update this review should they reach out to rectify the situation.

I cannot even begin to express how impressed I am with Beth and the entire staff at CSI! We recently moved out of our rental property and CSI came out to clean and do the carpet cleaning. Not only was it affordable but it is cleaner than it was when I moved in! I am positive I will get my rental deposit back and I will be using CSI again in the future! Thank you Beth!
