Southeast Restoration has done an excellent job helping us with severe water damage to our basement. They arrived to extract water and carpeting and began the drying process immediately. USAA Recommended South East and we couldn't be happier. I asked them to check something and they were instrumental in pointing out a problem in testing for water leak next to our refrigerator that couldn't be detected. They always called when they were coming or would be a little late. This understandable in their line of work. They were very polite and personable. They successfully tackled water damage from a hot water heater and brought in all kinds of fans and a dehumidifier and we now have a dry lower level. We would certainly call them again.

Needed Southeast Restoration services to replace wood floor after a leak in our kitchen faucet. They contracted out several aspects of the job and maintained great contact with us throughout the process. Further, the contractors they used were VERY professional and they, too, followed through on every step of their own part of the overall process. My wife and I are very pleased to recommend them.
