Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our IICRC-certified carpet cleaning uses truck-mounted steam extraction to remove deep-seated dirt and allergens. The process includes pre-treatment, hot water rinsing at 200F, and optional Scotchgard protection. We follow CRI Gold Standards for equipment and cleaning solutions, ensuring warranty compliance for major carpet brands. Technicians receive ongoing training to maintain certification standards.
Air Duct Cleaning
HEPA-filtered negative air systems remove contaminants from HVAC ductwork using push-pull technology. Our NADCA-compliant process includes access point sealing and post-cleaning verification. Recommended every 3-10 years, this service improves indoor air quality and HVAC efficiency while reducing energy costs by up to 25%.
Area Rug Cleaning
Specialized facility-based cleaning for oriental, Persian, and synthetic rugs. Each rug undergoes individual inspection, dust removal, and hand-washing with fresh water. We offer pet odor treatment and fringe restoration. Pickup/drop-off available within service areas, with drying completed using industrial dehumidifiers.
Upholstery Cleaning
Steam cleaning and dry-cleaning options for all fabric types, including microfiber and leather. The process removes allergens and stains while preserving fabric integrity. Leather cleaning includes conditioning to prevent cracking. We use waterless solutions for delicate materials and offer Scotchgard protection for extended stain resistance.
Pet Odor Removal
Multi-step treatment using black light inspection and moisture detection. Enzymatic cleaners break down urine crystals before steam extraction. For severe cases, we recommend rug washing at our facility. While we cannot guarantee complete removal of old stains, our process significantly reduces odors and prevents bacterial growth in affected areas.
