Services
Popcorn Ceiling Removal
Our popcorn ceiling removal service eliminates outdated textures, leaving smooth, modern surfaces. We use specialized wetting techniques to minimize dust and ensure safe asbestos handling when required. The process includes drywall repair, priming, and painting with options like Swiss Coffee or custom colors. Clients choose from modern finishes like knockdown or orange peel textures post-removal.
Recessed Can Lighting
We install energy-efficient recessed lighting fixtures that enhance room aesthetics and functionality. Our team offers trim options like baffle, eyeball, and wall-wash styles while ensuring proper electrical compliance. Services include layout planning, housing installation, and integration with existing ceiling textures for seamless results.
Decorative Ceilings
Custom decorative ceilings add architectural interest through techniques like coffered designs, Venetian plaster, or textured mud applications. We create patterns such as Santa Fe or Adobe finishes, applying multiple coats for depth and durability. Each project includes surface preparation, texture application, and finishing paint to match client preferences.
Drywall Repair
We repair drywall damage from water leaks, accidents, or aging with precision patching or full replacement. Our process identifies structural issues like foundation settling, addresses moisture concerns, and restores surfaces to factory condition. Repairs integrate seamlessly with existing textures and include priming for repainting.
Textured Walls
Textured wall services conceal imperfections and add visual appeal using techniques like splatter, knockdown, or Santa Fe finishes. We apply texture mud with specialized nozzles or hand tools, ensuring even coverage that complements room aesthetics. Clients receive samples to choose from before application.
