BEWARE - very poor customer service and follow through. My skylight has leaked from day one (over a year ago) and is still leaking. Was out in my sun room today w/friends and we heard this 'noise'. They hollered, 'what was THAT?'. It was water dripping from skylight even after a few days of no rain. After a few attempts to fix the problem the company now refuses to fix it and I have to keep a tarp on my floor, just in case of drips! My dream sun room is a disaster!
