You'll find our Design Studio located within the walls of our Corporate Office and convenient to and from each of our sales models. The Vantage Homes Design Studio offers a vast library of options and materials to choose from in order to put your personal touch on your new home.

Right from day one we had an excellent experience with Vantage Homes, Dorie our salesperson and our amazing super, Joe. The buying process was very simply and informative, design center appointments went really well with very nice people there. I found their upgrade pricing to be quite reasonable compared to other builders. It made it worth it to go ahead and upgrade everything we wanted so it was ready and finished for us when we moved in. There were many things that impressed us about the building process. The quality of their crews is pretty impressive. The house rarely stood idle. There was someone working in the house almost every day and the house stayed very clean each and every day. I walked other builders homes in the same neighborhood and that was not always the case. The work seemed to get done right the first time so there were few mistakes. When the few were found, they were quickly fixed. Our walk thru had only 6 or 7 items on it and they were all taken care of by closing. They have an excellent system down and seem to adjust quickly if something goes wrong. I would highly recommend. The worst builder I have ever come across. Their lack of customer service and professionalism was unbelievable! I have left numerous messages with their upper management (marketing manager and their president) and no return calls. The rudest sales associate in Sanctuary Pointe. This makes me thankful I never purchased one of their homes. Could you imagine if you had an issue after moving in how you would be treated!? Be warned they are horrible and don't care about anything but taking your money!
