The principal of the company (Brent Bralley) started in the apartment industry as he was completing his degree in Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation (HVAC). Once receiving his associate's degree in HVAC, he went on to work for Westgate Mall in Amarillo maintaining the HVAC and facility. He also worked for Natkin and Lobaugh Mechanical repairing commercial HVAC systems. In 1984 he was hired by PJK Development to oversee and maintain multiple commercial office and retail buildings. PJK Development later became Sterling Properties which continued in the development/management of commercial properties where Mr. Bralley worked for 14 years serving in various roles.

Involved in general contracting since 1990. We specialize in office and retail spaces, including national big box retail and medical surgery centers.
