Commercial Construction
Jaymar Construction delivers complete commercial construction projects from foundation to finish. Our expertise covers office buildings, medical facilities, retail spaces, and industrial warehouses across Louisiana and Mississippi. We specialize in cost-effective design-build solutions that meet modern building codes while maintaining structural integrity. Our team manages every phase of construction to ensure timely completion within budget.
Metal Building Projects
We design and construct custom metal buildings for commercial, industrial, and agricultural applications. Our metal construction services include pre-engineered systems, custom modifications, and energy-efficient coatings. With specialized expertise in metal roofing and corrosion protection, we create durable structures that withstand Gulf Coast weather conditions while offering long-term cost savings through reduced maintenance requirements.
Roof Coatings
Our certified roofing team applies advanced elastomeric, acrylic, urethane, and silicone coatings for commercial roofs. These energy-efficient solutions extend roof lifespan by protecting against UV damage, water intrusion, and thermal shock. We offer non-disruptive application methods that allow businesses to remain operational during installation while significantly reducing cooling costs through solar heat reflection.
Design-Build Services
Jaymar's design-build approach streamlines construction through single-source responsibility. We collaborate with clients to develop architectural plans, secure permits, and execute construction with fixed-price contracts. This method ensures cost predictability, faster project delivery, and cohesive design that aligns with both functional needs and budget constraints while maintaining complete transparency throughout the process.
Storm Damage Repair
We specialize in hurricane and storm damage restoration for residential and commercial properties. Our experienced team handles complete roof replacements, structural repairs, and code-compliant rebuilding following severe weather events. With decades of local experience, we understand Louisiana's unique climate challenges and provide prompt, reliable solutions to restore properties to pre-damage condition.
