Helen and Janar are responsive to questions and provide exceptional follow through. Additionally, Janar gave sound guidance for stains based on my tastes and concerns, while keeping in mind the type of wood we had in our home. Excellent work in a timely manner with very responsive customer service. I asked for a change (two more rooms to have hardwoods installed) on the morning they arrived and Janar measured, gave me the estimate and had the extra wood there that day. The work was done in three days and it looks exquisite.
