Over 20 years ago, Edward Buset saw that the Lower Mainland was missing something: a resource for Property Managers, Homeowner Association's(HOA's), engineers and others involved in the building renewal business. A resource that could work on new builds or maintain existing buildings, one that could develop cost-effective plans for the renewal of all types of buildings in our area's unique climate. From this beginning rose today's New City, Vancouver's general contractors. With extensive expertise in investigation, analysis, and repair of a building's envelope - for all material types and vintages - we can effectively address all aspects of building enclosures and assist clients with an envelope's structural supports, painting services, and parkades. Our experienced craftsmen are trained to work with scaffolding, rigging, and suspended access equipment, so we will find a way to paint the layout of any facility. We can work on strata exteriors, including balconies, as well as interiors, including hallways, stairwells, and lobbies.

New City Concrete Restoration services can solve concrete deterioration issues no matter how they are caused. Our restoration and deficiency service has specialized methods to repair concrete damage. Some of these specialized methods include: fast sealing mortars, acid resistant mortars, coatings and waterproofing. Concrete is durable, but will not last forever.
