California Construction Concepts was founded by Marshall Dohoney in 2001. Our company provides a wide range of construction management services for residential and commercial developments including maintenance, modernization, risk management, leak detection, reconstruction projects, and more. Since its inception, California Construction Concepts has built a strong background in construction management and consulting services using a hands-on, common sense approach to addressing a wide range of construction issues.
In 2003, client demand allowed California Construction Concepts to transition into General Contracting. Since then, California Construction Concepts has provided a variety of General Contracting services, specializing in reconstruction and renovation projects. We offer a wide variety of services from inception to completion. Having built strong, on-going relationships with our core clientele of HOA Managers and Commercial Property Managers, California Construction Concepts' experienced staff consistently provides efficient and quality work that exceeds client expectations.
