Jack Breslin founded Breslin Builders in 1980 and began assembling the team of professionals that would become the cornerstone of Breslin Builders today. As the Las Vegas valley has grown so too has Breslin Builders, providing a unique offering of services not found in many other commercial general contracting companies, including an in-house design group providing true "one-stop" single source services for our clients, predevelopment services, and design-assist services. Our broad range of services provide our clients the ability to take their project from the initial concept through final certificate of occupancy.

Concrete foundation work is progressing on the 63 unit mixed-use apartment project Breslin Builders is providing design-build services for. The downtown located project at Casino Center and Colorado is on track for a 2nd quarter completion in 2020. Breslin Builders has completed the small expansion project at the Cactus Plaza Retail Center. The work expanded the existing tenant improvement space area for a future Domino's Pizza build-out. Work on the retail expansion at Cactus Plaza is progressing and stucco work has been completed.

Our design-build offices on the second level of the 601 Bridger building, located at the southeast corner of 6th Street and Bridger Avenue in downtown Las Vegas is reaching completion. The new law office project contains over 7,000 square feet of high-end finishes and methods including polished concrete floors, level 5 smooth walls, recessed and pendant lighting, high-gloss cabinet finishes, decorative wall tiles, just to name a few. The project encompasses the entire second level of the two-story building.

Breslin Builders has been selected as part of the development team involved on a new and exciting, as well as unique, project being developed in the City of Henderson, Nevada at the intersection of Boulder Highway and Sunset. Chosen for our experience in similar project types, including our highly successful design-build efforts provided for the Downtown Container Park, and our relationship with Xtreme Cubes, we are ready to lend our insight, design-assist services, and ultimately be the general contractor of record for theBLOQparq project.

Breslin Builders progresses the new self-storage project on Revere Street (south of Craig Road) in North Las Vegas. The multi-building project, including a large 3-story facility, is slated for completion in September/October 2020. Much progress has been made on the 63 unit apartment project Breslin Builders has provided design-build services on for Cherry Development. The project is nearing completion with the site work progressing, unit finishes being installed, and inspections taking place. Breslin Builders, working for Dapper Construction and Dapper Development, has progressed the new two tenant restaurant building out of the ground and tenant improvements have been started also.

The All-Storage I-15 project site work is progressing including installation of the underground on-site utilities. The building pads are also being prepared. This marks the second mini-storage project we will be completing for All-Storage, and yet another mini-storage project to add to many others we have completed over the years. Breslin Builders has made further progress on the All-Storage Inspirada mini-storage project in Henderson, Nevada. The second level is framed, decked, and the third level is being prepared for the concrete floor pour.

Progress is being made at the new design-build warehouse Breslin Builders is completing on Sobb Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada. Framing is progress. On and off site work is moving forward. Now that the walls are stood, the roof framing for the Sobb Avenue Warehouse project is well underway for the project. The structural columns and girders have been placed prior to the roof framing starting. The exterior of the wall panels are being cleaned up and patched. Breslin Builders was selected to provide construction services for the Standard Restaurant Supply remodel at the existing facility at Russell Road and Valley View Boulevard.

Many of the same skills and services we provide on our owner standard construction projects we are the GC for are used for CM, but provided with the oversight of additional contractors involved.
