In 1978, brothers Benson and Harrison Tyner owned and operated a deli and ice cream parlor in Burnsville, NC. They did a few real estate transactions on the side. Tyner Real Estate did well, and the brothers soon expanded into remodeling. They undertook their first remodeling job in 1979 (using empty pickle buckets from the deli to haul the dirt they dug out of the crawl space.) It soon became obvious, however, that the local real estate market couldn't supply what many of their clients were looking for.
Our long standing relationships with clients, architects, employees, suppliers and subcontractors enable us to assemble the premier teams of craftsmen, artisans, managers, and specialty vendors that are the pillars of every Tyner custom home.
We couldn't be happier with the beautiful mountain retreat that Tyner built for us. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is outstanding.
One of the best areas I have ever visited. Also terrific views. Just sit on the grass and take in all of God's creation. Randy and Harrison and.
Reverse board and batten siding is featured on this lovely home in The Ramble. The stone work by @steepcreekmaso nry elevates the design and adds a welcoming texture of it’s own.
This suspended and trimmed out staircase adds an interesting architectural detail to what could have otherwise been a closed and winding stairwell.
We are dreaming of early evenings out on the porch watching the fireflies illuminate the space around us.
Beginning this Tuesday with a touch of elegance.
This temperature controlled wine cellar is on full display thanks to it’s glass and steel framed doors. Featuring beautiful custom storage casework and stained concrete floors, this space was designed to draw the eye.
