Heatron is a leading supplier of custom solid state heating and LED components with over 40 years of design and manufacturing experience. Our customers include many of the world's leading providers of high-tech aviation, automotive, railway, LED lighting, medical and industrial products. Heatron is involved with the KANSASWorks program. This program helps individuals learn new skills and find jobs putting those skills to work. Heatron also takes part in working with local VETS and halfway houses, these programs help individuals to transition into the general population.

Heatron was a privately held company until 2016. We are now a member of the NIBE Element group. Our headquarters remains in Leavenworth, Kansas, and we operate manufacturing centers in Kansas and Pennsylvania. Our specialty is custom design and manufacture of heating elements, circuits and LED boards and modules for OEMs in multiple industries, including medical, aviation, LED lighting, industrial and commercial device components. Other areas of business include printed circuit boards, SMT manufacturing and component assembly.

Heatron is a global leader in the design and manufacture of electric heating elements and circuits. Heatron custom-designed heating elements include thick film metal and ceramic, flexible silicone, DuPont Kapton Polyimide Film or all-Polyimide etch foil heaters, etched mica, cartridge heaters and specialty heaters. We have extensive experience building to FDA and MIL-SPEC standards, and offer the process control, documentation, and knowledge of agency requirements that is essential in today's tightly regulated environment.

As a leading supplier of electrical heating and custom components to many major manufacturers around the world, Heatron is sensitive to worldwide issues and our corporate responsibilities.
