Our construction management team consists of project managers, estimators, project superintendents, and various needed support staff.
Our Project Superintendents have completed various new projects and remodels including medical facilities, government defense, retail construction, residential multi-family housing, and schools. They manage all aspects of job site responsibilities from subcontract negotiations to project scheduling. They manage crews in general construction including site, site utilities, concrete, building erection, and safety in plant environment. They coordinate schedules to facilitate client occupancy. Each Superintendent, on average, has experience of over 30 years in the construction industry.
