With just a laptop to prepare, he went against tough competition to prove to Cameron Iron Works that JC Construction was the best contractor for the job. Landing this client was the most influential business relationship for JC Construction, evolving from one man to one team.

As a General Contractor, we obtain plans from a clients design team during the bidding phase. Once JC Construction is awarded the bid, we create a budget, schedule, and plan to execute a successful project. The construction process begins with the project manager importing the projects information into Timberline Construction Management Software. Out in the field the Superintendant prepares the job site, including gathering permits and inspections. JC Construction is held accountable at progress meetings to reassure the client of budget and schedule requirements.
