When you work with Boldt as your construction manager, we'll coordinate everything in the project planning, design and construction phases. You'll get a steady advisor in the planning phase-bringing expertise in design, engineering and construction feasibility. And we'll manage the process over the life of the project to make sure everyone's working toward the same goal. We'll be your advisor during planning and we'll coordinate bidding, awarding of contracts and the entire construction phase. The Community Treatment Center for the citizens of Brown County consists of skilled nursing facility, an adult psychiatric hospital and an outpatient clinic including Behavioral Health Services.
