Our house, apartment and commercial building inspections for mold span all counties in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Is it wise to hire a mold inspector who also performs mold remediation? In our opinion, this is a conflict of interest. When mold is found, remediation can be a very expensive process. Although we are certified for mold remediation, we choose to exclusively provide mold inspection and sampling services.
