If I could give them a zero I would. Bottom line is that this company doesn't do what they say they are going to do. The estimator who quoted the job promised much more than delivered. After the repairs were completed, I have a window that won't close (its 37 degrees out). They say they'll send someone in 5 days to fix it. I still have multiple windows with broken seals, I have several windows that weren't even addressed after the salesman promised me that they would be fixed. I also have some hardware (cranks) that still will not work. I have called a competitor of IWR to come out and fix their work. This company is a fraud. They charged me $3K to be there for 6 hours and didn't fix what was promised. Go to Accent Window Repair in Shelby, or just buy new windows. These guys are a joke. And don't worry about shaking their hand, handshakes don't mean anything to them.
