Thermal Imaging- InfraRed A thermographic camera (or infrared camera) detects infrared light (or heat) invisible to the human eye, which could indicate moisture or a leak. There are different types of thermal imaging devices for all of these tasks, but each camera relies on the same set of principles in order to function. Replace your smoke detectors every 10 years and batteries twice a year Create a fire escape plan Buy fire extinguishers, at least one on every floor Install tamper resistant electrical outlets, child safety feature Secure furniture, TV's to the wall Clean your dryer vent and the bottom of the dryer Test all GFCI and ARC fault circuit breakers monthly Remove garden hoses from hose bib for the winter Install anti tip bracket on your stove to prevent tipping over.
