Second time to call Overhead door to repair my garage doors and the technician was simply excellent both times. Even taught me a bit to maintain the devices and diagnose problems in future. And to top this off, their office manager called after service to follow up to see if they did a great job, nowadays that is unusually great customer service!
I called Overhead Door yesterday after a spring broke and motor plate gave way. Dennis just left and my over 16 year old door opener operates like new! In addition to the necessary repairs, Dennis oiled all the moving parts, including every hinge on the door. Sounds of Silence! This was the second time I've called Overhead Door, the first time over nine years ago. In both cases, the service staff arrived on time, checked out the issues, told me what was needed and how much it would cost.
