This company is a joke give them the go ahead to build a lanai to the back of my home and screen the front. They made it seem like it will be a easy job i ask for an approximate completion date i was told the paperwork is the longest process i can understand that but it took them 4 months to start the project so far all they've done is dig a hole to extend the current slab I have to the back. This was done on the 18th of May, 2017 and they were suppose to come out the following week to pour the concrete you will think if they can't come out for whatever reason they will call nope no call no email i think it is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Don't bother reaching out because they don't return your calls. Summertime screens if you were not ready to do the job why start why dig up my yard and leave it in that state.today is the 9th of June it shouldn't take a half a year to build a lanai and screen a porch my house was build in less time please do your job I'm paying you for thank you.
Really wanted one of these enclosures and Len "president" even came out to measure to provide a quote. Never heard back. Called, left messages, messaged through Facebook and nothing, not a phone call, message or any response whatsoever. Why bother coming to measure if you are not going to follow up? Moving on!
