This company has repaired broken windows for us in the past. I called them again for one window that had a balance issue. After waiting for 3-1/2 hours for the repairman, I was told it would be $160 to repair the balance on ONE WINDOW. When I questioned this, I was told that they have a minimum of $150 charge. (They were already at my house, the part was $10 and it was a simple repair.) It would have been nice for them to tell me about this "minimum charge" when I called to set the appointment instead of making me sit at home waiting for a 4 hour block of time. Complete waste of time and I still have a broken window. We will not be using them again.
