Very satisfied with the entire process from signing the contract to the final installation. The electrician came and did the electrical work on Thursday afternoon 9/2/16. The installers arrived on time at 8:00 am the next day and were finished installing two large shutters across our lanai by 11:30 am. Extremely neat and efficient workers. Very polite and knowledgeable. Very sturdy, high quality panels. Hopefully we'll never have a real need to use them, but just knowing that we're protected gives us the peace of mind we wanted.

CAUTION - do not use this company. They are not interested in customer service. Their product is outdated and overpriced. We wanted a refund and tried to cancel our order and they would not let us out of the order. They were not interested in our situation at all!
