Today was our second visit into BCStone to pick out our slabs for our kitchen countertops! Our first visit wasn't the best, we had David "help" us and he wasn't very helpful, didn't seem he wanted to make any sales, so we left and decided to think on it. Today we had the help of Sergio and he was AWESOME! Very helpful, knew the warehouse very well, and got us in and out quickly without rushing us or pressuring us. Overall we are happy with our purchase and experience, will recommend to friends in the future!
Customer service is like going to the DMV everyone thinks they are in charge and is rude
Poor customer service, so unorganized. You will wait one hour on a Saturday to be on the wait list to speak to a sales person. They are not interested in improving any time soon because business is so good. If you go, bring your patience. My second time there, I had to cause a stink and ask to see a manager before anyone would help me (one hour later) then I was rushed through the warehouse. Good luck.
