Report
I should have known from the slow response time that my small orders were not going to be a priority for this company. Very slow response time turned into inaccurate quotes with the wrong style windows, my sales associate was defensive bordering on unprofessional, then there was confusion about the order, windows were not ready within the time indicated at the time of the quote or the order, and when I received the windows they were the wrong size. I have contacted the company several times for correctly sized replacements and am still awaiting a response.
