For underfloor slabs on grade in a below grade condition, Division Seven 1st performs a site review to verify the subsurface drainage has been put in properly. We then install a pre-applied waterproof membrane system which forms a chemical bond to the concrete when it is placed. Below grade foundation walls are cleaned and primed. We spray apply a 2-component fluid waterproof membrane to the wall surface and install a prefabricated drainage composite over the membrane.
