Services
Basement Waterproofing
Our basement waterproofing solutions include interior French drains, exterior footer drains, and crack repairs to prevent water intrusion. We use advanced moisture management systems that block mold growth while maintaining structural integrity. Each project starts with a comprehensive inspection to identify entry points and tailor solutions to your home's specific needs.
Foundation Repair
We specialize in foundation repair techniques like rod & grout stabilization, carbon fiber straps, and hydraulic piering. These methods address cracks, settling, and structural weaknesses to restore stability. Our approach prioritizes long-term durability, preventing future damage while maintaining your home's safety and value.
Air Quality Solutions
Our air quality systems reduce moisture to CDC-recommended levels, expel pollutants, and introduce clean outdoor air. Features include breathable wall encapsulation, stack effect ventilation, and AprilAire dehumidifiers. These layered solutions combat mold spores, VOCs, and allergens that migrate from basements to living spaces.
Basement Egress
We install code-compliant egress windows, precast bulkhead stairwells, and custom walkout doors. These solutions provide safe emergency exits while improving natural light and accessibility. Our designs meet IRC requirements and accommodate large item movement between basement and ground levels.
French Drain Installation
We install interior and exterior French drain systems to redirect groundwater away from foundations. Exterior systems intercept water at its source, while interior drains manage residual moisture. Both options integrate with sump pump systems for comprehensive water management in flood-prone areas.
