We purchased a Quartz counter top and the product itself is beautiful. My issue is with the Customer Service with this company - We were supposed to see our piece first before it was cut - we were never called and asked to come in. The next call we received was to have it installed and we just hoped the piece was what we had ordered. We have not received any follow up since the installation and any information regarding care/ maintenance for the counter top. When you spend the amount of money we did on the counter top I would expect some follow up from the company to ensure that we were happy with our end product and how to keep it looking nice.

Jim and Mike took a look at my drawings and I think the thought I was nuts. I wanted blue granite on all the horizontal surfaces of my locker room, 3/4 bath. Some of the surfaces were actually ledges and steps into the shower. 4 different counters of varying heights and sizes. They measured and installed the blue granite perfectly. They were great to work with and I would recommend Old World Stone for any project you have, even if it's a bit crazy. They will make it work.
