OUTSTANDING Service. We had an issue with a detached gutter. Called and spoke with Gregory. Later in the same day he came by to check out the situation. He checked out our gutter, discussed his assessment of the situation with us and corrected the problem, reattaching the gutter. Answered all of our questions. No pressure to upsell. We are so disappointed. We had a great experience initially and couldn't wait to recommend S&M to all of our neighbors. But we noticed a problem with the way a portion of our new gutters were installed and contacted Gregory to report the issue. And now - 4 or 5 calls, texts, emails later with no response - we are at a loss. We're going to have to call another company in to fix the problem to avoid damage to our house and have no recourse to recoup additional costs. Truly - so, so disappointed.
