Countertops were beautiful and were installed promptly by hardworking professional. However, faucet purchased there was awful. They would not install, no wonder! Our plumber, also a reputable company, said it was missing parts. When we ( plumber also spoke to them) called GranCreations, they were of no help. Secretary told us it was not their problem and would not stand behind their product. Plumber advised us to go buy one from Lowe's or Ferguson's which we will have to do because there is still no water. To the sink. Buy granite here nothing else.expensive lesson when we were giving this to our daughter as a first home gift in the first place!
I would absolutely recommend Gran Creations to anyone who's looking to remodel! They had the best prices, for comparable granite styles, and unbeatable quality. They installed my granite seamlessly, which none of their competitors offered. The installer is also a builder, and he suggested lowering my too-high and too-shallow bar-height counter to the same level as the adjacent counter and bumping it out by 7 inches, creating a large island that we can actually sit at now. Even with the up charges, it was the same price as Lowe's would've charged, and I still wouldn't have had a seamless slab or the large island. The compliments are never ending! My install was scheduled for 9am. The installers arrived at 8:45, to set up, and began at 9 on the dot. I joke around, saying that any other company would've arrived a day late. I decided to do my own backsplash, but I'll post pics of the before and after, once the backsplash is installed.
