If i could give it a 0 i really would they orderd my window wrong size and reorderd it again apperently! Ive been waiting for this window to come for little over 3 months now! Shame worst place to go do! They just keep saying its gonna be friday its gonna be friday! Smh! And the guys that came to so the window the first time were smoking in frnt of my front door knowing i have a child whos not even two! Not professional at all
We had the worst experience with their office staff just trying to get a quote. The girl in the office dropped the ball from the start and it kept going downhill from there. We will not be using this company and I suggest if you are thinking of using them you change your mind.
We had a problem with one of our Windows and they fixed it in no time without a charge. They really do stand behind there product. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a great window and excellent service.
