Overall, I am extremely pleased with work provided by Nicks Plumbing. The install occurred as planned and the system operates as advertised. We see no change (in pressure and temperature) from the way my two hot water heaters were delivering hot water to the way the new tankless system works. My hot water heaters were poorly installed and were one break away from flooding my house from a 3rd floor attic. They were also wasting a ton of energy and not operating in parallel. While they delivered hot water, they were not going to last long before something catastrophic happened.
