Renting All customers who are renting units must have the owner contact Softer Lite Window Company for approval prior to scheduling the service appointment. If you are renting a unit, please note we must have payment or a credit card number from the owner prior to service work being scheduled. Inspection Fee Softer Lite Window Company reserves the right to charge a fee for service inspections. Rates will depend on type of service and time required for inspection. Cancelled Appointments Appointments that are scheduled and customer fails to show up or cancel are subject to a $50 service fee.
