Yard a mess. President unresponsive to customers when they left VM. They aren't customer oriented at all. And look at reviews all real people aren't happy but fake people rate it 5 stars.
My husband and I met with a sales rep a few weeks ago. We gave the dimensions and discussed the details for an RV garage and another structure for a home. We were initially pleased with the knowledge and customer service we received. We were told we would have an estimate within a few days. When we heard nothing my husband followed up with an email. That email was responded to and the rep advised he was sorry for the delay and would get us a quote within a few days. Since then we have heard nothing. I'm all for giving a person the benefit of the doubt but I'm passed that now. We weren't trying to waste anyone's time! We are very serious about building our home and garage. However it looks like we need to look elsewhere.
Ok. wish they would stop wrapping there trim the way they do. It takes to long to peel. sorry but worked with better metal building components.
