BEWARE BUYING FROM THEM! THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THE 40% INTEREST THEY ARE CHARGING YOU ON RENT TO OWN! IT IS NOT ON ANY OF THE PAPERWORK EITHER. HOWEVER IT IS "HIDDEN" AS TAXES AND FEES! THIS IS A RIP-OFF TO MASSIVE PROPORTIONS!

After looking at many different sellers of barns & sheds, we got an idea on pricing & structure & found ourselves going back to one location to compare the workmanship & price. We found that Delaware Sheds & Barns located south of Waldo on US 23, was unbeatable with price & Larry the Owner was helpful in many ways in our purchasing of our 12 x 32 & our 10 x 28 buildings. He has a wide selection on site that is helpful to be able to compare what was best for us.
We explained to Larry what we needed for a building & he guided us on different sizes & what was best for our needs. Main reason we dealt with Larry at Delaware Sheds & Barns was very helpful, best structure, best price, warranty & most of all not pushy to purchase a building from him. His delivery guy Levi, was awesome to work with for setting in our buildings. Since then, had the Hidden Valley Builders come & add a porch to our 12 x 32 building. Can't say enough how good each & everyone of these people are to work with. That is the place to go. Thank you all, especially Larry!
