Integrity Windows & Doors founder, Cary Slabaugh is a life time resident born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and has been working in the window industry for over 20 years. While getting his start with a national window company, he quickly learned that implementing new ideas and trying to make changes was very frustrating. A few years later Integrity Windows & Doors was founded. The name Integrity was chosen to represent the company's commitment to stand out in the windows, doors and siding industry as one you can trust to be fair and honest.
Ron Anders has known the team at Integrity Windows since 2009 when he contacted four window companies in the Cleveland area for replacement windows in his Rocky River Cliff Towers condo. His windows, like many of the others in the Cliff Towers condominiums, were the original 1960's aluminum windows - with frost, condensation and excessive drafts. He met with all four companies for quotes on vinyl replacement windows and was so impressed with the price, the quality, the professional installation and customer service that Ron received with Integrity Windows he proceeded to refer other Cliff Towers residents to Integrity Windows.

Dan Casto is our very organized operations manager at Integrity Windows Company. As you can see in his picture, Dan is pretty serious (but we did manage to catch a smile when he wasn't looking). If you visit our Lakewood showroom, Dan's will be the first face you see and if you call to inquire about ANYTHING, Dan's the guy who knows everything about what's going on at Integrity Windows. He's typically the first contact on the phone, schedules the free estimate appointments, does the field measurements to ensure the perfect fit for every job, orders all the materials for each window, door or siding project that comes through the company and coordinates all the installations between the customer and the installation team.

At Integrity Windows in Lakewood we added a window repair division in 2014. We were fortunate enough to have a highly-skilled and self sufficient third generation glazier, Deyan Beganovich, as our window repair technician for two years during which we were the primary window repair contractor for the CMHA, or Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority. However, by 2016 we decided not to devote additional resources to the window and door repair business and to keep our focus on helping residential and commercial customers with new replacement windows and doors.
