Prompt Service: arrived within the time frame promised. Reasonable Pricing: they discussed jobs with me, provided an accurate quote and explained what may cause additional costs, if any - there was no additional cost, job cost exactly what I expected. Quality Work: When they were done, everything looked well organized, quality workmanship. Clean: they even cleaned up afterwards and took away all debris. What they did: In July they cleared a clogged drain. Also in July they installed new valve for refrigerator water line. In Sept they replaced an old oil fired hot water with electric hot water.

I would like to wholeheartedly recommend Kirkland and Shaw Plumbing and Heating. We had been losing hot water, and a different plumber (A. Fugundes Plumbing) was trying to fix the problem. They had been here three times, and charged us a ton of money, only to finally figure out that the control board of our unit was fried and we needed a new water heater. I decided to switch plumbers. I called Kirkland and Shaw at 2 PM on a Thursday, and one of the owners, Steve Kirkland, came to my house 30 minutes later.
I had an estimate by the end of the business day. They were at my house the following morning and we had hot water within hours. Their prices were much less then A. Fugundes Plumbing, and they were much more pleasant and professional. They have also been to my house for minor things like clogged toilets etc. It's hard to find a good plumber, but these guys are wonderful!

I have become extremely disappointed in this company! I have had occasion to use their services a couple of times in the past and found them to be very easy to deal with and competitively priced.
