We are not in the block cleaning business, as such the following are observations only. Do your own due diligence. For just a cleaning of dirt and grime, a light power wash with clean water (under 2000 PSI with fan spray head) (no hot water pressure washers), keeping the nozzle a minimum of 6 from surface and away from mortar joints. Start from top and work down. If new construction has mortar / construction stains on surface, a good masonry cleaner may be needed. Normally the cleaner can be applied with a pump type hand sprayer.
