Drive gear on 20 yr old belt drive Chamberlain garage door opener stripped. Called Precision and got a quick appointment. They were both very pleasant and professional. Joe went over the garage door components thoroughly. Joe said the old motor could be repaired or a new motor installed. We discussed the options on a new motor so I opted for ordering a new motor. Joe also felt the springs were old and not helping the motor lift the door. The garage door and existing track were in excellent shape.
