Steve Gordon grew up in the construction industry building homes with his father in Newfoundland Canada. He moved to Rockford, Il and started Rockford Contractors Inc. in 2007, and grew it into one of the most respected contracting companies in the area. When his company was acquired in 2013 he and his family decided to relocate to Austin, TX to provide better opportunities for their boys Grant and Layton. He founded Custom512 in 2016 alongside partners Nick Alter & Rusty Shelton and has built it into one of the fastest growing construction companies in Austin.
