Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 81 was chartered August 1, 2020. We represent over 1,400 union trained Plumbers, Pipe Fitters, Steam Fitters and HVAC/R Technicians. We are located in Syracuse, NY. Our geographical territory covers over 14 Counties from the border of Pennsylvania to the United States border with Canada. Our parent organization The United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada is based in Annapolis, MD. Our members are highly trained craftsmen who fabricate, install, and service residential, commercial, and industrial piping systems.
