I had Pronto Plumbing replace a garbage disposal under my kitchen sink as well as a leaking exterior spigot. I was given an estimate for the work which I accepted. Upon later consideration, I felt that I was overcharged for the work and contacted the company. I was told that the estimate was in fact an error and that the cost of the work would be corrected. It was.
