Report
Called on a Monday, spoke with a lady who gave me her name, Carrie. Gave her all my information and was told they were in a meeting and someone would get back to me. I was also asked if this was an emergency, the leak wasn't pouring out of the floor, but I never said it was or wasn't an emergency. No matter, it is now Friday and these people have NEVER called me back! Not how you do business. Went to another company and got my problem fixed before weeks end! So to PlumbCrazy, kick rocks, I would never recommend you to anyone! Giving you one star is a gift, you don't deserve even one!
