called apple yesterday to if they could come out today to replace my hot water heater. They had no trouble fitting me in, advised me how the process would work and what issues I might run into. we figured out a plan. i had a window from 12-2 today and 1:45 they had not shown but they called and let me know they hadn't forgotten me :. they had someone here by 2:15. super nice and polite and a very easy experience from them compared to the rest of the week I had dealing with the broken water heater manufacturer.
