Terrible customer service and delivery time. The sales person Didn't have a sound technical understanding of the devices she was trying to sell in addition was clear she was getting a kickback from delta as that was the only option she was willing to offer. After not making the 4k fixture purchase (went with ferguson, awesome experience) the previous tub orders went down the drain. I wouldn't give my business to this company
