The following is the response I got from Kesterson six months after they destroyed the French drains in my yard while replacing a sewer line. It took two weeks for them to come back and simply finish the project back in October and now they won't "own" their mistake. They didn't admit they did it at the time, I discovered a couple of weeks later. Did I mention I never have received a call back from a Kesterson rep during this entire process?
